Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the unused cutlery or cookware in its original manufacturer packaging and place it inside a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
